PrimeStarz reserves the right to refuse service or terminate ongoing projects in the case of breach of terms, abuse, or violation of our policies.
By working with us, clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and assets needed for the project.
Make timely payments as agreed in the service proposal.
Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
Not misuse, replicate, or resell any part of the work without prior consent.
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed project milestones or subscription plan.
Refunds are only issued if PrimeStarz fails to deliver services as outlined in a signed agreement, and only after reviewing the case.
Partial refunds, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of PrimeStarz.
Upon full payment, clients hold the rights to the final deliverables (excluding third-party resources).
PrimeStarz retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a signed NDA prevents us from doing so.
Each project includes a specific number of revisions unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions may be charged separately.
Final files will be delivered in agreed formats upon project completion and full payment.
We may integrate or use third-party tools, APIs, software, or platforms. PrimeStarz is not responsible for errors or disruptions caused by such third-party providers.
All information shared with PrimeStarz is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services unless agreed otherwise.
PrimeStarz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website. We provide services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to terminate any client relationship due to breach of agreement, abuse, or unethical conduct. Any pending dues must be settled before termination.
